AS Office of the EVPLA: The Office of the External Vice President for Local Affairs (EVPLA) at ASUCSB serves as a critical link between the university and the IV community. The primary role of the EVPLA (Osaze Osayande) and her staff is to act as a group of liaisons and official Associated Student's representatives to Isla Vista governmental agencies and the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors. In addition, the EVPLA office actively advocates for student interests and community needs, collaborating with local organizations and co-sponsoring events and initiatives. We will have fliers for our upcoming events like our upcoming STI-a-thon that will be held at the Community Center in early November!

St. George Youth Center: St. George Youth Center provides a safe, fun, alternative space for teens during after-school hours. The youth center is open to young people in grades 5 -12. Environmental Affairs Board: The Environmental Affairs Board (EAB) is a student environmental group at UCSB. We provide students with opportunities to positively impact their surroundings through community service, political action, and leadership training. By extending the environmental movement to individuals from all walks of life, EAB has created a tight-knit community dedicated to changing the way we interact with the world. Our meetings are every Wednesday at 7 PM in the MultiCultural Center on campus. To find out more about EAB, please visit our Instagram at www.instagram.com/ucsbeab.We will be tabling with our materials (including EAB stickers, posters, tablecloth, etc.). Local Businesses

Isla Vista Food Co-op: The Isla Vista Food Co-op is Santa Barbara County's only community-owned grocery store.   The Co-op was founded over 50 years ago by students and neighbors who wanted to ensure that the community would always have neighborhood access to high quality and affordable food, and that our local farmers and producers would have a dedicated store to sell to.   The Co-op is open to the public and participates in many UCSB campus and community events to help share resources to make grocery shopping fun and affordable, and most importantly, to keep investing back into Isla Vista so that everyone can benefit from having a grocery store that everyone owns together. We've accepted Cal-Fresh since the day our doors opened in 1974. We will be painting your own flower pot and will have soil and seeds for people to plant if they'd like.

Costco Wholesale:  At Costco we have an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing for our members, our employees, and our community. As a Costco member, you’ll save on brand-name apparel, electronics, tires, home decor, books, snacks, jewelry, seasonal items, and so much more. Although many of our members love saving money by buying in bulk, you don’t need a big family to enjoy all the value Costco has to offer. So, even if your household is small, you’ll still enjoy big savings as a Costco member. We will have pamphlets for the following services Costco offers: Costco Travel, Costco Auto Program, Monthly Promotional Savings, Membership Information, Costco Connection Magazine. We will also have a spin 2 Win activity. People will be able to spin the wheel to have a chance to win one of the prizes we will have at our booth.

THRIFTOPIA:  Your favorite local vintage thrift and art vendors here in Isla Vista! We work with local artisans to curate the best of the best clothing, jewelry, crafts, and more!
