Welcome to the Isla Vista Community Calendar! IVCSD sources the calendar with events and resources we or our partners provide and we are always adding new ones as we hear about them (from you, the community!).

If you have any questions about making a reservation or our calendar, feel free to email Labni, our Community Programs Project Manager, at communityschedule@islavistacsd.com. You can also visit her during office hours every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am - 6:30pm  at the IVCSD Office (970 Embarcadero del Mar Suite 101).

 

Reservation Submission Opening Dates:

The image shows reservation opening dates by quarter: Fall (Sept 1), Winter (Dec 1), Spring (Mar 1), and Summer (Jun 1).

Use the accompanying table to see when reservations open for each quarter. For example, if you wanted to reserve one of the Community Spaces on September 15th, you would need to submit your reservation request after the reservation opening date on September 1st (Exceptions apply for large events, etc. See the Community Spaces Guidebook)
