Survivor Resources Hub

Use this webpage to navigate all of the local resources and services that are available to survivors in Isla Vista - you can pick more than one service, and you can change your mind at any time.  Local resource options range from providing guidance with healing, learning about your options, taking legal action, and more. There is no 'one size fits all' approach, and we encourage you to choose the path that feels right for you.

We highly recommend connecting with a free & confidential Survivor Advocate as your first step in your journey. Advocates can provide you with guidance and inform you of all available options. Explore connecting with an advocate here

Connect with IVCSD's Interpersonal Violence Investigator

Our interpersonal justice investigator investigates interpersonal violence crimes, and depending on mandates and/or survivors wishes, prepares a report for documentation only for submission to the District Attorney's Office.  When choosing to meet with a criminal justice investigator, you always have the option to be accompanied by an advocate at no cost and with complete confidentiality.
