Spencer was elected to represent Isla Vistans on the IVCSD Board of Directors in November 2016 and took office in March 2017. Brandt attended UC Santa Barbara from 2015-2019, studying History and History of Public Policy. Brandt is passionate about increasing the quality of public services in Isla Vista to create a healthier, safer, more affordable, and more equitable community.
