E-Waste Collection Day
The Isla Vista Community Services District (IVCSD) is partnering with The Junk Luggers to host a free E-Waste Collection Day! Proper e-waste disposal is essential for protecting our environment, and this event makes it easy to safely get rid of your electronics without leaving Isla Vista. Drop off your e-waste and help reduce local waste while supporting a sustainable community. Check below for a list of acceptable items and further details.

- TVs/Monitors: Flat Screen and CRT
- Audio/Video Equipment (microphone, speakers, headphones etc.)
- UPS Batteries
- Cell Phones
- Cables/Cords
- Servers
- Network Switches
- Office Phones
Cannot Accept:
- Microwaves
- Printers
- Light Bulbs
- Single-use alkaline batteries
- Items containing liquid mercury, Hazardous Waste: Paint,
- Motor Oil
- Wooden Speakers
