Ela is a UCSB student studying history and political science. She was appointed by the Board on February 18, 2023 and will serve until December 2024. She is passionate about safety within the Isla Vista community and making housing more affordable.
Isla Vista Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Isla Vista Community Services District has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and commercial screen reading software.
