About the Survivor & Allies Group Therapy Program

Centered on the theme of finding solid ground, this free offering is open to survivors of trauma and allies. Led by licensed therapist Annelise Hasselmann, this group therapy setting will combine somatic-based tools with a supportive open forum setting.

Meet your Group Therapist, Annelise Hasselmann

Annelise Hasselmann is an Associate Family and Marriage Therapist (AMFT), specialized in complex trauma and grief. A skilled group facilitator, she is highly experienced in creating collaborative, emotionally-attuned spaces that foster connection, insight, and collective healing. Additionally, Annelise brings a background in somatic work, integrating body-based interventions that support nervous system regulation to help clients build internal resources and restore a sense of embodied stability.
