Become a Community Ambassador

Ready to make a real impact this quarter? Community Ambassadors commit to volunteering with IVCSD throughout Fall Quarter, choosing a focus area (from beautification to marketing to community outreach) that fits their interests. In return, you'll build real experience, connect with your neighbors, and earn a letter of recommendation. Applications close October 3rd.

Volunteer With The IV Compost Collective

Get your hands dirty for a greener Isla Vista. Come sift finished compost, learn how the process works, and meet other community members. No experience or sign-up needed. Drop by any Sunday, 1-3 PM, at St. Michael's University Church.

Adopt A Block

Grab a bucket and trash grabber and help keep Isla Vista's streets litter-free, one block at a time. Drop by any Friday, 10 AM-1 PM, all Fall Quarter (Oct 2–Dec 11). No commitment or sign-up required. Just come ready to volunteer!
