IVCSD is offering to cover the fees for UCSB's ePermit for all residents living in areas affected by road closures due to Soltopia.

UCSB Transportation & Parking Services has agreed to sell residents of Madrid and Pardall a Night & Weekend ePermit that is valid Friday 4/3 (7:30 AM) to Sunday 4/5 (11:59 PM)

Follow these steps:

1. Create an account on the TPS web portal here. 
2. Visit the Parking Office, located at: 6789 Navigator Way, Goleta, CA 93117 open 7:30am-4pm
3. In-person sales only up until Thursday, April 2nd
4. Provide Proof of address living on: Madrid or Pardall, along with vehicle registration that matches resident name is required.
