Adopt A Block

The IVCSD is re-launching the Adopt a Block (AAB) volunteer opportunity!

Through AAB, community members can come grab a bucket and trash grabber to pick up litter in our neighborhoods. The Isla Vista Recreation & Park District previously provided this community service since the 1980s. Adopt a Block is essential for reducing litter in Isla Vista.

To volunteer, come by our office at 970 Embarcadero Del Mar, Suite 101 during the following days and times:

SPRING QUARTER (4/10 - 5/23)

Fridays from 10 AM - 1 PM

A self-serve option is coming this fall! Stay tuned for more information soon.
