Volunteer Thursdays With The Isla Vista Compost Collective

Join us every Thursday this Winter Quarter to sift finished compost, learn all about the composting process, and connect with others in your community! Service hours are available upon request.

When: Thursdays, January 16th – March 20th, 2025
Where: St. Michael’s University Church, 6586 Picasso Road
Time: 1 PM – 3 PM (Drop by anytime or stay for the full session!)

What to Bring:

  • Closed-toe shoes
  • Clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty

What to Expect:
Volunteers should be ready for moderate to high physical activity as we work together to care for our compost. Stay updated by following us on Instagram: @ivcompostcollective. Let’s get our hands dirty for a greener Isla Vista!
